About us
Ruud Luttikhuizen is a sales evangelist with 20+ years of international business experience under his belt. Ruud founded his first sales & marketing company in The Netherlands in 1993. Seven years later, Ruud founded the Norway-based company Lighthouse Norway A/S where, during the following 7 years, he carried out international sales & business development activities.
In 2006, as a direct result of demand for his sales & business development activities in the Asia-Pacific Region, Ruud expanded his business by incorporating Singapore-based 2SellMore Pte Ltd.
In November 2010, Ruud established Sell IT 2 Oz Pty Ltdwith only one purpose in mind; to make meaning. And we continue to offer direct sales and business development activities on a contract basis to companies that are set out on a path to change the World.
Over the years, Ruud has gained significant insight in human behaviour and subconscious programming. To date, this insight has played a major role in the secret behind his success in international sales & business development.
With the incorporation of SellIT2Oz, Ruud has embarked on his quest to make meaning and help people to improve the quality of their lives. The company's first delivery vehicle is meaningful sales training to the retail industry of Australia.
Why traditional sales training doesn't work in the retail industry
The short version: A buying decision cannot be polarized or niched.
How many times do you think prospect buyers have walked into your store only to leave it empty-handed as a result of no service, bad service or simply because of the fact they were confronted with what they subconsciously expected: a typical sales person!
