Meryl Streep is about to collect yet another honour, this one from the Film Society of Lincoln Centre in the US. The 58-year-old actress will be honoured in April at the society's 35th Gala Tribute.

Ricky Martin has been immortalised in concrete with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. A motivated Martin says he's glad his work as a singer has been recognised.

Kate Moss has unveiled her new Christmas collection for high street chain Topshop. The model's range features floor-length gowns, suits and shimmering mini-dresses.

Australian rock music legend Doc Neeson (pictured with Sara Graye) will headline a morale-boosting 13-show tour for Australian and coalition troops in Afghanistan and the Middle East.
